As a filmmaker and visual artist he embraces methods of photochemical (super 8mm/16mm) and digital media to produce film and photography. Joel regularly collaborates with other artists to showcase their creative practice and promote their work in new ways. His commissions, collaborations and personal projects have been exhibited internationally at festivals, cinemas and galleries.
